Another day is passing by,
And I'm growing moss.
Another hour,
They come and go so quick now--
Even with the decisions and distractions of reality.
Were you like this?
Wandering . . . .
Can you remember that time?
Can you empathise with me,
And reflect just as strongly,
What I feel that you admire me for?
These brave words and thoughts,
That I tell to you,
Anybody Listening.
School or slavery?
The questions are slowly burning through me.
Try again?
Were you like this?
Or did you erase it,
With drugs and HIV?
And do you fill it now,
With clubbing and recovery?
What can I do?
Can you tell me?
What did you do with this burning rock?
And you say,
"Don't grow moss."
